One of Singapore’s favourite dish is Fish Head Curry. It is enjoyed by all the different ethnic groups in Singapore and as a result it is a dish most often ordered in a South Indian Restaurant! Chef Devagi is conducting a cooking demo of Singapore Indian Restaurant favourite recipes.

Tempered Spinach Dhal (Chopped spinach and mung lentils tempered with spices makes the ideal comfort food)
