A dialogue between three chefs, covering their research and writing experiences while on the road. They will share their journeys of self-discovery, inspirations and lessons learnt. Does wanderlust inspire or distract their writing? What challenges do they face? Recommended reading lists and research sources will be discussed. Join us to learn about their gastro travel writing experiences.

This session is suitable for chef inspired types, culinary students, food and travel writers, home cooks and all curious creatures!
