Shuttle Tebrau

Today I took the new shuttle train service, known as the Shuttle Tebrau, from Singapore to Johor Bahru. This train service is operated by Malaysia’s Keretapi Tanah Melayu (KTM). The total journey time across the causeway took just 5 minutes!! A few months ago, when I went to Johor Bahru, I was caught in a traffic jam for two and half hours. So this time it was a breeze getting there. The day started off with a good breakfast at the Restoran Hua Mui which has been around since 1946. A good walk after breakfast brought me to a café that is only two weeks old. After the caffeine fix, the rest of the day was spending wandering around the Little India area and then to the City Square for a good Chinese lunch at Canton-I restaurant.
