Sadya is a traditional nine-course vegetarian feast of Kerala usually served with lots of oomph during Onam. Number of dishes served at this kind of feast can go up to 26! Here is a cooking class where you not only learn how to make the dishes below but also have a full banana leaf meal at the end of the lesson. It is an experience not to be missed.
